reducing coffee intake - easy, i don't drink coffee.
reducing or eliminating intake of processed or artificial food - i'll try .
eating high quality organic food - YAYAYAY, fruit, of course i love it.
drinking high quality water - okay wtf, high quality ? no more tap water haha
eating according to metabolic type - okay i gotta work this out

so fun to read a health magazine at 2 am in the morning, and its ironic because i've read like, 2 articles on sleeping early. haha.

okay so, rainy humid weather today - not so good for a bbq. but had to go anyways because scary guy #1 made me .__.'

some friends decided that ikea was a better option. so we bummed there for ehhh.. lets say 2 hours or so, took random pictures and got ourselves $1 hotdogs. where you ask? RHODES 8D

being guilt tripped is my specialty, so off we went, back to where the bbq was where apparently everyone was starving and had been apparently waiting for food. lucky us aye?

after suffering like 5 blows.. i mean.. mozzie bites from that park i left with puffy areas where i had to scratch :( 

anyways skipping pass the stupid tutor session that made the day worse, i came home to the computer. YEY =)

i went to wollongong to the temple only.

having a disabled right thumb is really anal especially when you want to like use a remote.

my thumb hurts. a LOT.

i can lift 20kg, i did one set.

but then since i'm so retarded, before i did the set i put two 9kg weights to the right of my legs.

i dropped the right 20kg down before slowly lowering the left. and the 20kg and 9kg crushed my thumb. now my thumb has like red spots on the palm side and the sides of my nails are like all bluish and grey.  its also like big and swollen. (:

OW. OWOWOWOW PAIN. it still hurts.

so i spent the next five minutes going. i am so not going to cry i am so not going to cry. ow this hurts a LOT. man that was really dumb. so i decided to do lighter weights for the rest of the time. at least i know i can do 20kg weights. its awesome. :)

is full of crap.

i'm up to that last boss, the huge ass exosuit that shoots four purple tracking missile thingys that i blow up with my gauss rifle. its just that while i'm busy shooting those purple tracking missile thingys something else, that i can't see, because i'm scoped in, kills me, like, doesn't lower shield or hp, it just splats, and i die.

its full of crap.

i've tried like 10 times to kill this stupid boss and it just won't die, and it doesn't move, it just camps around that stupid contained i'm supposed to get to, it won't go into my mines.

its the first day of a new year.
