my thumb hurts. a LOT.
i can lift 20kg, i did one set.
but then since i'm so retarded, before i did the set i put two 9kg weights to the right of my legs.
i dropped the right 20kg down before slowly lowering the left. and the 20kg and 9kg crushed my thumb. now my thumb has like red spots on the palm side and the sides of my nails are like all bluish and grey. its also like big and swollen. (:
OW. OWOWOWOW PAIN. it still hurts.
so i spent the next five minutes going. i am so not going to cry i am so not going to cry. ow this hurts a LOT. man that was really dumb. so i decided to do lighter weights for the rest of the time. at least i know i can do 20kg weights. its awesome. :)
